    Sheridan Lee is the principal and CEO of Shed Enterprises a business which she founded over 25 years ago, bringing some of the best ideas and capabilities from around the world to the Australian market with a proven track record in capital raise and brand distribution.

    In her early career Sheridan was editor for premier financial publications BRW and Personal Investor and was a founding editor of Super Review before moving into executive leadership roles across marketing and business development with premium global financial institutions.

    Sheridan holds a B Economics from the University of Sydney and is an active board director in both for and not for profit sectors.

  • Trish Nicklin is the Shed COO, responsible for Shed Program Management capability, service delivery, business governance and administration. Trish has over 30 years’ experience as an Operations and Client Executive in global investment banks, custodians, and financial markets.

    Trish holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Leadership from Charles Sturt University and Business Transformation from the Australian National University, Dipl in Business + Dipl Superannuation, an Assoc Dipl in Accounting and is RG146 qualified in Securities, Superannuation and Managed investment schemes.

    Trish is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Certificate in Governance Practice and Risk Management.

  • Sebastian Mays is the Deputy CEO and Head of Sales of Shed Enterprises focusing on business development and strategy. Sebastian has 10+ years of experience in the asset management and consultancy industry.

    He holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Monash University.

  • Nikki Brown is a Senior Business Development Manager with focus on client growth and business development in the institutional space. She has over 20 years of investment experience, most recently with Mercer Investments. Prior to Mercer she spent two years with Shed, following over a decade with MVision Private Equity Advisers working primarily with unlisted managers in private equity, real assets and credit. She was previously with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in London, where she was involved in establishing the Alternative Investment Group and was responsible for the distribution of private equity and hedge funds to high-net-worth investors in Europe and the Middle East.

    Nikki holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Otago, and is undertaking qualifications in civil engineering.

  • Petrus van Vuuren joined Shed Enterprises  as a Business Development Manager in January 2025 from Microequities Asset Management, where he was a Business Development Manager for Wholesale Distribution.

    Petrus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Newcastle.

  • Pablo Edwards joined Shed Enterprises in April 2025 as a business development manager. He is a finance and investment professional with over a decade of experience in capital markets, asset management, and investor relations, with a proven track record of working with institutional and private investors.

    Before joining Shed, Pablo held senior roles in distribution, private wealth management, and capital markets at leading Latin American investment firms Moneda Patria Investments and LarrainVial.

    Pablo holds an MBA from the University of Sydney Business School, an MSc in Business Analytics from the Sydney Business School, an MSc in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (UAI), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from UAI.

  • Petrus van Vuuren joined Shed Enterprises  as a Business Development Manager in January 2025 from Microequities Asset Management, where he was a Business Development Manager for Wholesale Distribution.

    Petrus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Newcastle.

  • Rugby Kliousis joined Shed Enterprises in 2021 as a Business Development Associate working alongside senior sales managers in service delivery of sales data and investor information to customers including research, marketing and data analytics.

    Previously Rugby worked for CMC markets ( Stockbroking) as a client executive, where he was responsible for account management, customer planning and education, analytics, reporting, marketing and sales for high net worth clients.

    Rugby holds a Bachelor of Business ( International Business) and a Bachelor of Commerce ( Finance) from the University of Newcastle. Rugby is RG146 qualified in Securities, Derivatives and FX.
